Even though I'm a trainer...that doesn't mean I don't have weak points when it comes to exercise. One of my biggest weaknesses is push ups! I use to run away as soon as it was mentioned (at least when I had to do it). But I decided that it is time to face my fears and work on the amount of push-up I can do, and a bonus would be improving my upper body strength.
While reading articles on HealthMad.com I came across one that was about a 6-week program that would help you do 100 consecutive push ups. I check out the site http://www.hundredpushups.com/ and was immediately intrigued. So, I have made up my mind and am going to take the challenge starting today, Sunday August 31st, 2008.
